Birth Preparation Course in English

I offer a birth preparation course for couples (or individuals) to help you feel well-prepared for childbirth and the first weeks with your baby.  

Course Topics:

During the course, we will cover the following topics:  

✔ Pregnancy & birth process  

✔ Breathing techniques & pain management  

✔ Birth positions & partner support  

✔ Postpartum care & the role of the partner  

Course Details:

📅 Dates: 24th May | 14th June | 12th July | 9th August | 6th September  

📍 Location: Hirslanden AndreasKlinik, Rigistrasse 1, 6330 Cham

💰 Cost: CHF 380.- per couple  

⏰ Time: 9:00 – 17:00 (incl. 1-hour lunch break from 12:30 – 13:30)  

🥪 Lunch: Available on-site.  

📖 Course materials: You will receive a handout with the most important information, and the course will be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation.
